ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 1. Briefly describe your homeschool journey so far. 2. How did you hear about Family Education Days and do you know other families in the co-op currently? 3. Would you like to be added to our substitute list in situations where tutors must miss a class? If so, please list any subject areas and ages you would feel comfortable subbing for. 4. In general, what type of classes are you looking for in a co-op? 5. Are there any special services, talents, or skills that you or a member of your family could contribute to the co-op? We operate under the "many hands make light work" premise and love to tap into the talents of our families. Consider things like leading support groups, helping student council, being available for extra service hours, mentoring new homeschool families, planning field trips or activities, or helping with communication or administrative activities. 6. Does your family participate in any other co-ops? If so, which one and what day? 7. Has your family ever been removed or asked to leave another homeschool co-op?
