Mercy Prep will be hosting us for this year's PSAT. Here are the details:

Registration Deadline: Thursday, September 26th.

When: Monday, October 28th beginning at 8:30am.

Where: Mercy Prep 108 Center St, Waxahachie, TX 75165

Who: The PSAT "counts" during a student's 11th-grade year so they should take it that year. But any high school student can take the PSAT. I suggest 10th graders take it as a practice/benchmark and some 9th graders may be ready to do that as well. The test does include Algebra so consider that when deciding if your student is ready to take it.

Cost: $45. This amount is nonrefundable once paid.

Important Note - Digital Test

  • The test is digital. Students must bring their own devices. The device must have a charge that will last for 3-4 hours and must be able to connect to Wi-Fi. You can read further details about the device requirements here - https://bluebook.collegeboard.org/students/approved-devices. If you want to know about testing day for the digital test, there is a section on this website that gives details - https://satsuite.collegeboard.org/sat-school-dayIf your student does not have a device and needs to borrow one, FED has a few available. Reach out to Kim Youngers.
